California is maybe just a wee bit warmer, and the view is very nice,
but this Cornwall “Beach Buggy” is just ace!
A Conversation between Jim Gould and Phil Stocker.
Jim:
“Hi Phil,
Lovely looking 7!
Definitely unique. … like the hand brake location.
If you feel up to it, we would love to do a walk-around video with you.”
Phil:
“Yes, I’ll happily be involved in a walk-around of the car.
It’s such an unusual little thing, it would be nice to share.”
Jim:
“I’m in Vancouver, Canada.
Where are you located?”
Phil:
“I'm in West Cornwall. UK.
The car was actually Hand-built in 1964 in Yorkshire, not from any kind of kit.
I have a certain amount of history with it.
I then acquired it last year.
It was not running as it has been stored for a number of years.
It was built for hill climbing with a 995cc Ford engine and now has a 1500 Cortina GT engine running twin 40's

Phil:
“That's it for a minute ... I'm hoping for some sunny weather soon to take some better pics.
She's only been driving again for a month or so.”
Jim:
“What a charming little car!
I’ll be in touch to discuss the history and set up a live stream.
Thanks again,
Jim”
