Building the Perfect Cobra with Craig Harper
Eighty percent of the time is taken up by the last one percent of the stuff left to do.
Craig Harper
“We work on lots of Cobra kits (and on cars in general) which just don't work properly.
Often they've been built by an amateur who builds them with love and care but also built them in a slightly misguided way so the car doesn't work the way it should.
We specialize in getting them to work properly.
Our Cobra project is born out of the fact that I've driven, …
put it this way, I've never driven a Cobra that I enjoyed driving and I say that as a driving enthusiast.
For me, a car needs to work really fluently and really well.
It must feel lovely and that's very hard to do.
It's a subjective thing to say but everything needs to fit together and flow.
If I think of some adjectives … tight, fluid, supple, agile, and enthusiastic come to mind.
These are words that I like to use when I describe a car.
Not lumpy, clunky, slack, or sloppy!
With regard to our Project Cobra, I think we're on the same page here, so yeah, definitely building the “perfect Cobra” is our goal.”Thanks for reading 7Spot ! Subscribe for free to receive new posts and support my work.
