It’s always a great pleasure for me to find new Livestream guests for our 7Spot group.
I am constantly looking for 7 stories and don’t mind admitting that my 7s Surfing obsession is way out of control.
It’s no lie to say that I fritter away countless hours Googling to find the perfect background material and media to introduce our next “victim”.
The more I browse and the more I Surf however, … the more I find that the best thing that I can to do is to just get out of the way and let the 7 tell the story.
Message in a Messenger Bottle:
7Spot Jim (… the usual drivel)
“ Hi Jose,
. Happy New Year!
. I just saw your YouTube vid
. You are wonderful … amazing, in fact!
. Your Westfield looks great!
. Would you like to be our livestream guest?”
(or something like that)
Jose Windle
“Good afternoon Jim!
Happy New year to you too!
Thank you very much for the invite!
I'm glad you liked my video and I'd love to be part of the livestream.“
… and more regarding timing coordination and Wutz StreamYard?
The YouTube Video:
… and so my obsession goes into hyperdrive
… and the downward Surfing Spiral begins

I’m in Vancouver Canada could you:
. send me a bit of background bio?
. some glam car pics too?
… and then we’ll go from there!
(or words to that effect)
Jose Windle
Christ, you're on other side of the world!
Ahahaha I'm glad you don't mind my eccentricities!
Background Bio:
I am in Portimão, Portugal!
I'm 29, a musician/composer but due to my rare breathing disorder/disability (Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia) I decided to risk being a full time car content creator (Instagrammer and YouTuber) slowly growing within an extremely competitive online world.
To "summarize" our story, we have a Westfield SEi 2000, built by my father in Portugal in 2007.
(I did a bit of the front suspension but then got bored)
It had a 1975 1.6 litre Ford Pinto engine (that he had lying around as a spare engine for the Pilgrim Sumo -AC Cobra 427 reinterpretation kit car- that he had built previously) running on Weber 40 DCOEs and a Type 9 5 Speed Gearbox.
Once it was finished it was sent it back to the UK and got it IVA'd and registered in 2008. Once it was back in Portugal, the Portuguese authorities didn't want to accept 1970's emissions on a car that was registered in 2008.
It went back to the UK in 2009, the engine got swapped for a new 2.0L Ford Duratec (then all hell broke loose) ... Then after some horrible years (father is still traumatized), in 2021 we finally managed to import it into Portugal.
The 2.0L Ford Duratec engine runs on Jenvey throttle bodies (that's another story), producing around 200 hp. It also had a 5 speed Type 9 Gearbox (strengthened), lightened flywheel, heavy duty clutch and a Euro 5 Catalytic Converter (another story).
Weighs around 575 kilos and it has no limited slip differential or wide track suspension...
It is a handful!
It's great fun but one can never relax in it. It's fast enough in my humble opinion...
